"My dad was a hospice patient in 2005 for a month before he passed away. Shortly thereafter, a lifelong friend invited me to assist on a KC Hospice fundraising committee. Today, I'm a full-time volunteer. Could I be any more thankful for this journey? No way, not in a thousand lifetimes. Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care is my calling, and I look forward to many more years of service."
