Kansas City, Mo., September 11, 2019 – Sunday Night Live Event Chairs Kim and Tom Curry invite the community to Sunday Night Live on September 15, 2019 at the KC Live! Block in the Power & Light District.

The event will feature live music, entertainment, delicious food catered by top downtown restaurants and some truly exciting raffles.

The “SNL Primetime Raffle” features prize packages valued at more than $1,000, with raffle tickets selling for $50 each or six for $250. A special new prize package this year features a signed Patrick Mahomes jersey and tickets to the Chiefs home opener! There are packages to appeal to everyone, from a Foodie Tour of Kansas City, to vacation getaways, to sports packages. You need not be present to win.

“We are grateful for the support of our community which allows us to offer expert, compassionate care to local families, regardless of their resources,” says David Wiley, President & CEO. “This event makes a tremendous difference for people throughout Kansas City and we are thankful for supporters who ensure their friends and neighbors have the care they need.”

Event and raffle tickets are on sale online at www.KCHospice.org/SNL.

The winning raffle tickets will be drawn at Sunday Night Live, the signature fundraising event for Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care. Last year’s event brought in about $438,000 and 100% of the proceeds stayed right here in Kansas City to provide care and comfort to KC families.

In 2018, donors made possible:

  • $589,000 in care was provided to patients without resources to pay
  • 91 children and family members attended grief support camps, Camp Carousel and Camp Erin, at no cost to them
  • 63 little ones were cared for by our Carousel pediatric hospice team
  • And so much more!
