Grief & Loss Education and Support Group for Northlanders
This Grief & Loss Education and Support Group offers support, education and coping strategies for grievers. This drop-in group meets on the First Thursday of every month from 3:00-4:00 pm. February 13, 20 and 27, 2020 This three-session workshop is a chance to explore the experience of grief and loss through writing and sharing with others. No previous writing or journaling experience is necessary. The emphasis is not on producing a product but an opportunity to express and heal through writing. You may wish to bring a journal, a favorite pen or even a laptop, if that’s how you prefer to write. Workshop meets on Thursdays, February 13th, February 20…
