Processing Grief Through Creative Arts Support Group

Creative arts have helped humans cope with loss and grief since the beginning of civilization.
We will explore ways to use painting, journaling, sculpting collage, music, and drama as coping skills as you move through your grief journey. 
No experience in any art form necessary. 

This is a 5 part series and meets for 5 consecutive Thursdays
3:30-5:00pm.

$10 donation per series of groups is requested for supplies.
Seating is limited and registration is required.
