Navigating Grief

This 90 minute, single session, workshop offers support, education and coping strategies for grievers at least two months after their loss. The Navigating Grief workshop is offered in person, and online using the Zoom platform.
Workshop Dates:
Tuesday, June 27th – 10-11:30 am at the KCH Solace House
Wednesday, August 2nd – 4-5:30 pm on Zoom
Monday, September 25th – 1:00-2:30 pm at the KCH KS Offices
