Granny Basketball Hoops for Hospice, October 13, 2019 at HyVee (formerly Kemper) Arena, is a benefit for Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care.

First up in this double-header are the the Kansas Sunflowers vs. the Louisburg Tonics.

Hoops for HospiceIn the Double Dribble Draw, you could win a 3-night stay for a luxury vacation home in Branson that sleeps 18! Tickets $10 each or 3 for $20. 

We encourage you to bring supplies to help Carousel Pediatric Care, Solace House and families at both Kansas City Hospice House and NorthCare Hospice House. We’ll have collection bins at the game!

  • Kleenex purse-size packs
  • Ink pens
  • Starlight (red-and-white) mints
  • Individual snack packs (chips, cookies, fruit snacks)
  • Healthy snack packs (nuts, crackers, Sun Chips, etc.)
  • Heat ‘n’ Bond iron-on fabric adhesive (17in. x 1yd. or 17in. x 5yd.)
  • Scrapbook binders, scrapbook pages, protective sleeves for the pages, stickers, etc.

Granny Basketball expanded to Kansas in 2015. Ladies age 50+ are invited to play six-on-six, 1920s-style basketball.
