This three-session workshop is a chance to explore the experience of grief and loss through writing and sharing with others.
No previous writing or journaling experience is necessary. The emphasis is not on producing a product but an opportunity to express and heal through writing.
You may wish to bring a journal, a favorite pen or even a laptop, if that’s how you prefer to write.
