Expressing Grief Through Writing: Virtual Workshop

This three-session workshop is a chance to explore the experience of grief and loss through writing and sharing with others. No previous writing or journaling experience is necessary. The emphasis is not on producing a product but an opportunity to express and heal through writing. You may wish to use a journal or a laptop, however you prefer to write. Workshop meets virtually via Zoom on Thursdays, from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please register with Melissa @ 816-363-2600.
