Mary Zahner Bauer, BSW
Director of Donor Relations, Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care
Mary has worked for Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care (KCH) for 14 years.  She began her career as the Planned Giving/Major Gift specialist and formalized our Planned Giving efforts by starting the Full Circle Society, which is comprised of those very special people that have included KCH in their estate plans.  She works closely with individuals creating meaningful plans that help fulfill the mission of KCH and the desire for those individuals to make a difference by helping others. She enjoys building partnerships between our organization, our donors and the people we serve.

 

Beth Trimmer, 
Community Liaison, Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care

Beth Trimmer, helps families and patients navigate the healthcare maze.  Celebrating 12 years in healthcare, Beth’s areas of expertise are in home health, hospice, private duty, independent living, assisted living, long term care and rehabilitation. She is an instructor for “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” created by Stanford University. Beth is a proud Kansas State University graduate, Leadership 2000 graduate, and Successful Leadership Strategies graduate. She is the 1996 award recipient of the “O.P. Award – Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things” for planning the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay Celebration.
