Please join Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care on Tuesday, May 21 as we light up Mill Creek Park at the Country Club Plaza (47th St. & Mill Creek Pkwy, KCMO) with hundreds of luminaries, each remembering someone who has left their mark on our hearts. The program begins at 8 pm – please arrive early to light your luminary before the program. This free event is hosted by Kansas City Hospice and is open to all.
There’s no cost for a luminary, however donations are greatly appreciated and go straight toward ensuring end-of-life care and grief support for all who need it, regardless of their resources.
Click here to remember your loved one by lighting a virtual candle. For every virtual candle, a physical luminary will be lit at this year’s event.
